Does SaaSFunnels send dunning emails?
No. Stripe’s own retries and failed-payment emails keep running. SaaSFunnels adds the Failed-payment recovery Funnel, which asks for a new card inside your app before access lapses. Churn Buster replaces your platform’s failed-payment emails with its own campaign of emails, one text and retries.
Can I run both?
Yes. Keep Churn Buster’s dunning running and add SaaSFunnels for sign-up, onboarding, trial conversion and upgrades. For cancellations, move one segment to the Cancellation or save Funnel at a time and compare what each saves.
