Can I switch from Churnkey?
Yes. Connect Stripe, install SaaSFunnels with one set of instructions for your AI coding tool, and start from the Cancellation or save template. Setup drafts it from your real plans, so you can compare offers before you switch off your current flow.
Does SaaSFunnels recover failed payments?
Yes, in your app. When a card fails, the Failed-payment recovery Funnel asks for a new one before access lapses, and the recovered revenue is confirmed by Stripe. It doesn’t replace Stripe’s own retries or dunning emails, which keep running alongside it.
Which billing systems do you support?
Stripe. SaaSFunnels reads your plans, prices and subscriptions from Stripe, and every result is confirmed there. If you bill with Chargebee, Maxio, Paddle or Braintree, Churnkey supports those today.
How is pricing different?
Churnkey prices by your average monthly churned revenue, starting at $250 a month billed yearly for teams under $5k of monthly churn. SaaSFunnels prices by events a month: Builder is $0 plus 3% of Funnel revenue, and paid plans start at $97 a month with no fee.
Can I run both during the switch?
Yes. Keep your current cancel flow live while you build the Cancellation or save Funnel, then move one segment over at a time and compare. Funnels for sign-up, onboarding, conversion and upgrades don’t overlap with Churnkey, so they can go live on day one.
