Questions,
answered.
Can I switch from Raaft?
Yes. Connect Stripe, install SaaSFunnels with one set of instructions for your AI coding tool, and start from the Cancellation or save template. Setup drafts it from your real plans, so you can bring over your survey reasons and offers before you take Raaft off your cancel button.
How is pricing different?
Raaft prices by sessions, counted per user, per outcome, per day: Free covers 20 a month, basic is $79 a month for 100, and Premium is $299 a month for unlimited. SaaSFunnels prices by events a month: Builder is $0 plus 3% of Funnel revenue, and paid plans start at $97 a month.
Which billing systems do you support?
Stripe. SaaSFunnels reads your plans, prices and subscriptions from Stripe and confirms every result there. Raaft connects to Stripe, Braintree, Recurly, Chargebee, Paddle and Lemon Squeezy, and can email your support team instead when no billing system is connected.
Does Raaft recover failed payments?
Its site doesn’t list dunning or payment recovery; a missed payment flags the customer on its at-risk list. SaaSFunnels runs the Failed-payment recovery Funnel, which asks for a new card inside your app before access lapses, while Stripe’s own retries and emails keep running.
Can I test which offer saves more?
In SaaSFunnels, yes: A/B tests start on Traction, and Scale adds a control group that sees no Funnel, so you see what the flow itself saved. Raaft’s site doesn’t list A/B testing; you can run separate flows for different audiences and compare their reports.
